Having fun together: It's a family affair!

Whether you’re vacationing together on an island or at a theme park, a happy family can make anyplace you’re at seem like heaven. The trick is to have something planned for everybody, or better yet, for every person. Trying to please everyone can be challenging, so organize different activities that will appeal to different family members, and aim to have at least one activity each day that you know the whole family will enjoy participating in.

Maybe try something really adventurous as a group, like going snorkeling or learning to scuba dive. But, convincing your kids to want to see that championship golf course or explore the local market? That’s almost as likely as them asking you to serve brussel sprouts and cauliflower for dinner.

When the goal is to stay together and play together, you’ve hopefully picked somewhere that has something to appeal to and delight everyone. So that from the smallest child to the youngest-at-heart parent, a great time will be had by all.
